// General Terms

• By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Service in full.
• I reserve the right to decline any commission at my discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
• Base prices listed on my website apply to non-commercial, personal use only. Commercial licensing (including but not limited to Twitch assets, YouTube content, merchandise, and promotional materials) is negotiated individually and will affect the final price.
• Adult content is available on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire privately.

// Pricing & Quotes

• My website lists base price tiers for reference. The final price is determined individually after a full review of your request, including complexity, number of characters, background detail, and deadline requirements.
• If no visual references are provided, a design fee starting at $10 will be added. AI-generated images may not exempt you from this fee.
• Additional characters, complex designs, or tight deadlines may increase the final quote.
• A privacy fee applies if you do not wish for the finished piece to appear in my portfolio or social media.

// Rights & Usage

• Upon full payment, you receive a personal use license for the commissioned artwork unless otherwise negotiated.
• You may repost the artwork on your personal social media provided you credit me with a link to my profile.
• You may not use the artwork for commercial purposes without a commercial license.
• Printing for personal use is permitted unless otherwise stated.
• I retain the right to display the finished piece in my portfolio and on my social media unless a privacy fee has been paid.
• I do not consent to my artwork being used in relation to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI training data in any form.

// Commission Process

• You submit a commission request with character references, descriptions, pose ideas, and any relevant details.
• I review the request, ask any follow-up questions, and confirm the final price quote.
• When I am ready to begin, I will send you an initial sketch for your approval.
• Once the sketch is approved, I will issue an invoice. Work on the final piece begins upon payment.
• You are welcome to request work-in-progress (WIP) updates at any time during the process.
• Upon completion, the final high-resolution file will be delivered after your approval.

// Revisions

• Each commission includes up to 2 free revisions.
• Revisions requested after sketch approval that constitute a significant change in direction may be treated as a new commission.
• Each major production stage will be presented for your approval before work proceeds. Once approved and the next stage has begun, returning to a previous stage is treated as an additional revision.
• Additional revisions beyond the included limit are priced individually and will be quoted before proceeding.

// Payment

• Full payment is made after sketch approval, unless otherwise specified.
• For the Sketch tier, payment is required upfront before work begins.
• I do not begin final work until payment is received and confirmed.

// Deadlines & Turnaround

• Standard turnaround time is up to 2 weeks from the start of work. Complex pieces may take longer.
• If you have a strict deadline, inform me before commissioning. Rush fees may apply.

// Cancellations & Refunds

• If you cancel before the sketch is approved, a partial refund may be issued depending on work already completed.
• Once the sketch is approved and payment is made, no refunds are issued, except if I am unable to complete the piece.
• If I am unable to complete your commission, a full refund will be provided.
• If you do not respond within 7 days at any approval stage, your commission will be placed on hold. Extended non-response may result in cancellation.

// Delivery

• Final files are delivered in PNG, 300DPI unless otherwise agreed.
• The final high-resolution file will be delivered through a mutually convenient method upon completion and final approval.

// Final Notes

• I will do my best to keep you informed if any unforeseen circumstances affect your commission. I ask for your patience in return.
• These terms may be updated at any time. The version in effect at the time of your commission request applies to your order.
